In recent years,due to the adjustment of economic structure,the people's living standard and the increase of leisure time,the sports industry has become a new economic growth point,which has risen to the high level of the country.China's sports industry is facing a golden opportunity for historical development.Many investors and capitalists have invested a lot of funds in sports industry.In the field,many sports enterprises have appeared in sports related industries.However,after these years,many sports enterprises have been faced with the problems of cash flow and profitability,and many sports enterprises have been closed down.This paper,based on the theory of enterprise competition strategy,competitive advantage and value engineering,uses the methods of literature,investigation,interview and case analysis to discuss how to adopt the value innovation system in the context of the development of the sports industry and the policy bonus.The competition strategy of sports competition enterprise is set up,combining with the environment and its own characteristics,the core competitive advantage model of sports competition enterprise is constructed from the double diamond model in the competition strategy,and the development model suitable for the competitive strategy and competitive advantage of the Chinese sports competition enterprises is obtained through the empirical case study.The healthy and sustainable development of sports enterprises in China today has theoretical and practical guiding significance.The main conclusions are as follows:1.the core competitive advantage of Chinese sports enterprises is talents.The main problems of Chinese sports enterprises are low quality of products,lack of corporate culture,shortage of talents and restrictions on the development of resources.Enterprises need to provide products and services in the perspective of customer needs.Today's sports enterprises are facing the biggest problem or lack of talent.Talent will affect the strategic layout of the whole enterprise and the quality of the products and services provided.It is one of the core competitive advantages of sports competition enterprises.2.China's sports events,enterprises and large enterprises as the main body,the layout of sports events.The enterprises of the sports new three board layout will accelerate the integration of resources,promote the integration of events,media and derivatives,the coverage of the sports industry is wide,the subdivision of the industry is more complex,the allocation of resources and the business structure are relatively complex.The resources needed for the exhibition.China super,CBA and other wellknown sports IP are still the focus of attention.The future mass events and special events will continue to increase.The revenue ability of sports operation enterprises is at a high level in the new sports three board enterprises.3.build the competitive strategy and competitive advantage of Chinese sports events based on ten factors of double diamond model.The "external diamond model" consists of the "four elements" of the industrial macro environment,the innovation of the government system,the supply of factors,the market demand and the industrial cluster.The "internal diamond model" consists of the "six core capabilities",the technological innovation ability,the management innovation ability,the marketing ability,the integration ability of the resources,the strategic ability and the organization.The competitive strategy and competitive advantage of sports events constituted by learning ability.4.the formulation of competitive strategy and the construction of competitive advantage for Chinese sports events EnterprisesThe analysis results show that the competition enterprise establishes the competitive advantage of the enterprise through the analysis of the double diamond mode,and establishes the basic strategy of the development of the competition enterprise through the choice of Potter's competitive strategy theory,including the differentiation strategy,the low cost strategy and the coking strategy,and closely around the core competence of the enterprise development.The competition strategy is implemented and the competition enterprise can carry out the competition strategy from six aspects of the enterprise's own ability,so as to keep the competitive advantage of the enterprise development.It is necessary to build up the competitive advantage of Chinese sports enterprises in the aspects of strengthening the accumulation of human capital,paying attention to the patent strategy,cultivating excellent enterprise culture,strengthening the management of customer value,innovating the business model and practicing the social responsibility.
