The aerobics melts gymnastics,dance,musics for intergral whole,press certainrhythm and melt,display the static and dynamic beauty of human body,be subjected tothe fancy of the large teenager deeply and has been included in a new syllabus in themiddle school. but because of school teaching situation, regional differences, onteaching, facilities, a variety of reasons, such as regional schools at the situation ofaerobics is uneven,The paper makes a deep investigation into the aerobic trainingsituation of middle school P.E.teacher in Jiangsu Province by adopting the method ofliterature, questionnaire, mathematical analysis as well as interview. By2010(10th),2011(11),2012(the12th) in jiangsu province aerobics training secondary schoolphysical education teachers of middle school PE teachers in-depth investigation,objective analysis influence the main factors of middle school physical educationteachers to participate in aerobics training, jiangsu province, and puts forwardcorresponding countermeasures, for jiangsu province and other provinces andmunicipalities in charge of the national education for sports teachers in training therelevant administrative department of education of physical education teachers trainingplan to provide theoretical basis and reference, provide reference for teachers of middleschool sports talent cultivation. Major findings of this research:1.general situation of the those P.E.teachers having taken part in the training course:(1) Females exceed males in number;(2) young teachers make up a large part of thetotal number;(3)most of them got bachelors degree;(4)most of the teachers possessteaching capabilities with low level of research ability;(5) around half of the teachersshow interest in aerobics2.investigation result of aerobics training situation:(1) middle school P.E.teachers don’t have a high understanding of the importance of aerobic training;(2) themotivation driving P.E.teachers to take part in the training can be classified into three types: improving teaching capabilities of aerobics; elevating staff rank; gettingpromoted with high salary;(3) Although they show a high teaching capabilities of and aconscientious attitude toward aerobics, teaching content and the way of their teachingaren’t up to date and the appraisal system cannot give a true reflection of theeffectiveness of training course;(4) the funding invested into the training course forP.E.teachers isn’t sufficient.3,Through the investigation, the unit to undertake the training of teachers of highteaching level,Teacher’s teaching attitude is serious, but part of the course contentsetting is unreasonable, lack of practicability, comparing the traditional teaching mode,put into physical education teachers to participate in aerobics training the training fundshortage, basic can satisfy the teaching facilities, and the evaluation content andmethods can not reflect the sports aerobics teachers training effect.4. Influence the main factors of middle school physical education teachers toparticipate in aerobics training in jiangsu province are:(1) the training content is notreasonable, lack of practical to do with the actual teaching;(2) the physical educationteachers, work hard,and personal stress;(3) the school leadership seriously enough;(4)part of the physical education teachers in aerobics training have certain psychologicalinertia, subjective consciousness is not strong.5.Influence the main factors of middle school physical education teachers toparticipate in aerobics training in jiangsu province ranked in the top four is in turn:(1)taking middle school aerobics training practice into consideration byarranging more teaching content that is up to date and of timeliness;(2)making planson the advanced studies of aerobics teachers to alleviate the contradiction betweenworking and study;(3)School leaders change ideas, pay attention to teachers’participation in aerobics training;(4)Middle school PE teachers should change ideas,improve understanding, overcoming psychological inertia, the training of the benefits ofstudents。...
