Our Teachers Professional Sports Aerobics Teaching Situation Of Special Elective Courses

The aim of this study is that by analyzing the current situation of Aerobics Specialism Curriculum (ASC) in normal universities, (Including the textbooks chosen, teaching content, teaching methods, testing standards, teachers, students'quality and teaching environment.) to find the shortage. Aiming at the special target of normal universities, propose reasonable suggestions for the reformation of the teaching system. The current situation of ASC in normal universities can be improved. Aerobics graduations would be able to become qualified physical educator and devote to educating the excellent Aerobics professionals.Through the literature study, interviews research methods, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method and etc, this article analyzed the present condition of course implement to carry on and studying to our normal university, pointing out currently normal university major aerobics to specialize in a course implement the existent problem in the process, analyzing not reasonable reason also put forward homologous suggestion.Through a lot of that investigation , in the curriculum , all schools are aerobics course setting ,and the time are all in after sophomore year; The participation,67 percent of the school does not meet students' course selection demand; The Selection of textbooks, there are not many professional choices now,and 77 percent of students think now of the teaching material needs improving; Teaching contents, Students don't satisfied at teaching content, technology, teaching content, skill teaching content, there are some divergences between teaching and learning ; Teaching methods, Only the students of teachers said 43.3% by method of teaching satisfaction; Assessment and evaluation standard, 52 percent of teachers still using the old way ,separate examination; teacher resources, teachers' average age is 3.05,and Only four of the them have a postgraduate degree, primary title was also highest proportion; Students' quality, No students have no level is up to 383, the total 66.4%;Teaching environment, all the six university have special places for aerobics training, but the equipment and facilities also comparatively perfect only one-third of all.Investigations and research findings indicate that at present, our normal university Aerobics Specialism Curriculum the opening of a state of a damper, it is major lie in the following aspects:1. The Courses to the system of Our Aerobics Specialism Curriculum for normal university must be improved.2. The Present Situation of The Aerobics Specialism Curriculum for normal university is basic well.3. Aerobics Specialism Curriculum need a nice book that must be special and fit for the students of normal university.4. The contents of Aerobics Specialism Curriculum not including the part of theory well and its decision do not refer to requirements of society.5. The teaching methods of Aerobics Specialism Curriculum can not meet the most basic needs of students.6. The examination venue of Aerobics Specialism Curriculum is mainly to traditional grade aerobics, it can not meet the requirements of society and it is also can't advance with times.7. The teaching staff is relatively weak, students'basis quality is poor, equipment and facility is poorly appreciated.From the research mentioned above, it can be known that current situation of ASC in normal universities has many shortages, such as teaching mode out of date, practical education ignored, creativities ignored, lack of individuality. So the ideas of ASC teaching should be renewed. Misunderstanding in traditional thinking model of teaching should be found and corrected. Combining with nowadays creative teaching idea, transforms the out fashioned teaching system and model. Encourages students to be creative and change with the times. At last, stable technical quality and teaching methods could be mastered. According to the research results, this article come up with some suggests about the improvement of Aerobics Specialism Curriculum according to the analysis and research about the present situation of the aerobics specialism curriculum. Its mission is to brings up more excellent staffs by improving the system of Aerobics Specialism Curriculum.
