This study takes Yantai District of Muping city middle school physical education teachers and students as the research object,based on analyzing the related literature collection,questionnaire survey,interview,observation and mathematical statistics methods from the Middle School of Muping District of Yantai city to carry out the aerobics class status,teachers and students for the related situation of aerobics gymnastics the cognition of Yantai city Muping district middle school aerobics development present situation of in-depth investigation and analysis,and using factor analysis method to explore the influence factors of middle school in Muping District of Yantai city of aerobics teaching,on the basis of this,according to the school's actual conditions and the needs of the development of students,develop aerobics teaching countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that:(1)the school level in Yantai District of Muping city high school aerobics course in the higher proportion,but the level of physical education teachers because of age and professional ability,aerobics courses is not optimistic,only 62.5%.(2)setting the goal of teaching to cultivate students' sports skill and physical health,lack of mental health and physical health consciousness training contents;teaching aerobics is single,the national aerobics training standards(CD),the use of textbooks is relatively low.(3)the proportion of open aerobics curriculum theory is low,theoretical teaching to teach in the form of practical skills with course mainly covers the concept and features of aerobics and function;technology practice course in aerobics exercise as the main basic steps and combined with the self,aerobics teaching.(4)the aerobics teaching more by promoting students' physical health mode,"happy teaching mode" and "cooperative teaching mode" has become one of the main mode of teaching;teaching methods are single,in order to explain the model and practice method,password prompt method,using the method of connection and gesture prompting method is relatively low;the examination content is becoming more rational,but the physical quality and skills as the main indicators,evaluation methods and gradually get rid of the traditional way of teachers self evaluation and summative evaluation.In addition,the aerobics related venues and facilities are scarce,the teaching conditions are simple.(5)the age distribution of middle school aerobics teachers in Muping District of Yantai city is mainly young and middle-aged teachers,the education level can be higher,the bachelor degree or above is the highest proportion,and the intermediate title is the main one.The main source of Aerobics teachers is track and field and ball games,the proportion of Aerobics teachers is low,and the overall evaluation of their own teaching level is general,while the research ability and level is low.(6)the Muping area middle school students in Yantai city have certain cognition degree and depth of aerobics,the main source of knowledge on network television and school aerobics courses of aerobics,fitness function and fitness function agree,but the understanding of heart function is not enough,at the same time on the aerobics show a strong interest in learning.(7)the impact factors of Muping District of Yantai City aerobics teaching mainly includes 23 factors,its classification and nomenclature,namely students school factors,teacher factors,self factors and teaching factors,the teaching condition factor is the main influence factors.According to the actual development needs of students and schools,aiming at the problems in the teaching of aerobics,puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions from the macro,meso and micro perspective:(1)the school level: implement the relevant policies,to update the concept of strengthening school;attach importance to the success of a reasonable increase in investment;establish the evaluation system,extensive organization of Aerobics ah group activities;(2)the level of teaching conditions: improving the teaching content,reasonable allocation of teaching content;improve teaching methods and teaching mode innovation;optimization of aerobics teaching evaluation system;(3)the level of teachers: strengthen the construction of teaching staff,optimize team structure;strengthen teachers training,enhance the teaching ability.
