In recent years, the students’practical ability is increasingly a cause for concern, but existing studies rarely experiential learning, innovative ability angles to explore students’practical ability. Learning mode to explore students ability to innovate is to address how to more effectively develop students’ability to innovate, and how to enhance the students’ability to practice in the real social environment, and so the core of the issue of this series. Around the students’practical and innovative ability to develop the core issues, this study was constructed based on the Living Lab experiential learning mode. Experiential learning is a learner-centered educational philosophy, designed to improve their ability to innovate through the hands of learners, collaborative learning. More systematic and in-depth research, the study of innovative talent training mode, a new mode of cultivation of innovative talents, that is based on the Living Lab experiential learning mode, the mode is built on the Living Lab-based IT environment foundation on, give full play to the initiative and creativity of the learners.This paper uses a literature analysis, case studies and other methods to conduct applied research. Research Living Lab innovation theory and experiential learning based on the theory, at home and abroad on Research on experiential learning, as well as analysis of the case studies, the full study on the foundation of the Living Lab innovation theory and experiential learning general pattern, build a Living Lab-based experiential learning model. The model incorporates the Living Lab’s innovative ideas and features, and provides a new way to cultivate the students’innovative ability. Finally, the actual project to verify the effectiveness of the experiential learning model based Living Lab. Practice has proved that the IT support Living Lab-based experiential learning model achieved good results in the practical application of experiential learning, increased student participation and interest in learning to enhance students’interpersonal communication skills, collaboration cooperation ability and practical ability have significantly helped to contribute to the cultivation of students’ability to innovate.
