Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Creative Talent Training At Colleges

The innovation education has already become the focal point which the people pay attention to in the 21st century. In order to keep the independent innovation path with Chinese characteristic, developing the innovation education vigorously and fostering innovation talents are the object of the higher education. While we take the socialism road with Chinese characteristic ,set up the innovation country and achieve sustainable economic development of our country, developing the innovation education vigorously matters a lot; At present, education in China has entered a new stage of new development: It is the great mission our era endow us with to realize the fundamental transformation which our country is from the human resources great nation to the powerful nation from a new historical starting point. Cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities is the great needs in today's social development and also the demands of self-development to improve higher education.University stage is the critical period for the student to creative thinking and creative innovative ability. Institutions of higher education are the important places to train innovative talents. It undertakes the responsibilities for the university students to form the sense of innovation and the creative ability which provides a solid theoretical foundation of knowledge and research skills in practice, shouldering the mission of training millions of innovative talents for the state and the society. We must fully understand the current situation and tasks, set up a system which is viable and objective and in accordance with the times requirements for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. It is currently the emergent task for us to train college students into innovative talents as the core content in the process of implementing quality education and cultivating college students.This article carries out study from the following three aspects:1. The first part of the Contents and Functions of College Innovative Personnel focus on the essential meaning and significance of innovative training based on three aspects. It offers the preconditions for this study of this paper.2. In the second part, it analyzes and studies the main achievements which colleges and universities have obtained in innovative talent training, as well as the main problems existed. In addition, it analyzes the main factors of constraining innovative talents trainings in colleges and universities. As the foundation of the paper, the contents of this part work seriously on the solutions to the questions.3. Basing on the combination of the above analysis and research, it puts forward countermeasures of innovative talents training in a new era of colleges and universities and the innovative ideas and systems to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents training from the systematic, scientific point of view. In order to increase the teaching reform, advance entirely the cultivation of innovative talents, we must fully implement quality education, develop cultivate space of innovative talents training and strengthen the construction teacher ranks to form innovative teacher-teams and etc. The presentations of above countermeasures are to strengthen the effectiveness of innovative talents training in colleges and universities, and to optimize specifically the environment and basis of innovative education.
