| The development of vocational education has been paid great attention to. Nowadays with the economic construction and social progress, there has been lack of large quantity of human resources and skilled talents. It is indicated definitely in Outline of the National Program for Long-and Medium-Term Educational reform and development that before2020We will make great efforts to develop secondary vocational education. As a province of west China, Sichuan is populous and Prosperous education province but has certain gaps compared with developed coastal areas in terms of the vocational education level. In2008the provincial government has made a decision to implement the plan for vocational education to improve the standard and capabilities of running vocational schools in order to step across a big province to a strong province of vocational education. The south Sichuan is the important area of economic development and significant secondary city group in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone. The vocational education development about the four cities of south Sichuan plays a vital role in Sichuan and even the west China.At present along with the constantly reform and development of vocational education, how to transfer from secondary to higher vocational education has become the main direction of vocational education development. The five-year system and coordinated education form are in general use in south Sichuan. Based on them, we formulate the enrollment system and vise teaching plans, elementarily set up a credit system marked by a flexible education to provide the institutional guarantee with linking up the secondary and higher vocational education courses and teaching. However, there are still some problems. Firstly, it is on linking up the courses, such as general knowledge course is disarticulated, the course standard is the same, the undergraduate professional course is repetitive. Secondly, the graduation field work for secondary and the exam for higher clash. The secondary vocational graduates spend plenty of time and effort on the higher vocational education exam, leading to bad effect on the professional and practical skill courses. Thirdly, there are much waste of higher vocational education recourses to impropriate source of secondary vocational students, which is not good for make the most of the advantage of teaching sources.The thesis submits detailed opinions on avoiding courses reinvented, balancing the work and study, improving the theory and practice, expanding ways of enrolling higher vocational schools through the investigation, study, analysis and comparison towards the problems above. It is aimed at pushing forward the joint connection of vocational education and social services, carrying out further reform and development of secondary and higher vocational education transferring system., advancing better services for local economic development by the secondary and higher vocational schools in south Sichuan. |
