Under the background of a modern vocational education system pilot in Jiangsu Province,selecting the vocational "3+3" project as the research object segmentation.In this thesis,policy of vocational education and talents training program of vocational school are necessary texts.They are used to analysis the apparent features of Vocational Tourism Management Major in "3+3" bridging courses in the target segments and content aspects.As follows, the target level of the course is an integration and the scope of course is very clear.What’s more,it has balanced and flexible organizations and are both integrated spiral coexist with linear characteristics.However, analyzing these texts carefully, combined with on-site visits, training courses found in the course of employment ability of convergence is still relatively absent.For example,the curriculum standards,the curriculum setting,the curriculum content are not enough to guide the training of employability. The main reason is the absence of convergence of top-level system design, personnel training specifications dislocation,and loss of communication between the school’s position. Therefore,developing guidance documents and formulating competency standards as soon as possible,analyzing talents specification and the theory of occupation zone",strengthening exchanges between schools are important contents of the current convergence of vocational courses.In order to try and explore courses convergence program based on employability.Building the structure of the employability,and selecting the appropriate mode of curriculum modules for different ability.Then taking the guide for example, author set up an articulation program to develop professional competence.
