Survey Studies Of Condition,issues And Countermeasures Of Secondary Vocational Education In Xiong'an New District

On April,1st,2017,Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and State Council decided to set up Xiong'an New District.The National New District lies in three counties from Hebei province including Xiongxian county,Rongcheng county and Anxin county and other county's partial areas.After foundation of the New District,local education development is always being noticed.Through this paper's studies,the author tries to the developmental directions of secondary vocational education under the social demands.Meanwhile,this dissertation can promote the intergration of Beijin-Tianjin-Hebei.The first part is introduction.The paper argues about the research background,aims and sense.Xiong'an is the oldest place in Huaxia civilization.There was a tribe named Yi here in Xia Dynasty.Post-Zhou Shizong.once set up.Xiongzhou shire in the area in the year of 959 The author points out the important targets and sense that Xiong'an New District secondary vocational education development is useful to future wisdom cities.She states the paper's topic is necessary and doable.In review,the essay expounds the literature hot points and conditions about Xiong'an New District and its vocational education in China and abroad.It refers to research visions about the New District,and absorbs the experience and lessons of secondary vocational education developmen in other new national districts.In order to investigate the status of secondary vocational education developmen in Xiong'an New District,this paper makes use of some research methods such as literature,questionnaires field expedition and interview.Through analysis and summary,the paper tries to put forwards some relative countermeasures about local secondary vocational education development.The second part talks about the condition of secondary vocational education in Xiongan New Area through.The main body of this Area includes three vocational educational centers in Xiongxian county,Anxin county and Rongcheng county.Nowadays,there are more than 400 faculty and more than 4000 students in three centers.After field investigate,documents retrieval and questionnaires about these centers,the author deeply acquaints the developmental history,running scales,enrollment and employment,admission into highter schools.Meanwhile,this paper also analyzes recruits' construction,achievement ratios of entrance examination for high school and their quality characteristics.The third part analyzes the problems of secondary vocational education in Xiongan New Area through questionnaires about 160 students from secondary vocational schools.In order to know school's management,classroom teaching,practice and training,this dissertation interviews five teachers and citizens.there are many problems in teaching and management.We should promote teachers practical capacity.We should perfect the vocational culture of campus.We should concentrate these vocational schools in space.We should improve urgently employment of students in higher quality level.It is found that three vocational educational centers are located in extremely remote places,which is not beneficial to their future development.Their major settlements prefer to basis,convention and examination.Their practical teaching stays for the period of experiment and practice in school.Their school installations lag behind.The connections between secondary school and higher colleges are unsmooth.Their recruits quality is unsatisfied.These secondary vocational schools are conscious of serving for Xiongan New District,but they are short of abilities to serve for economic construction and city building.The forth part puts forwards some countermeasure and advice about the development of secondary vocational education in Xiong'an New District.By the studies of combination theory with practice,the author tries to explore new model of strategy for Xiong'an New District secondary vocational education development up and down.She puts forwords reform contents from macrography to micrography.We must upgrade vocational education management level,change those old opinions of vocational education.On the basis of decreasing redundant agency and share ideas of vocational resource,the author conceives to set up vocational education zone.The vocational education development cann't separate with the whole in planning.We expect our government improve recruit resources issue and increase their social status about technical personnel.in leading policy.Meanwhile we should advocate the cooperation between enterprise and school,and push forward the connection between secondary and higher vocational schools and colleges.set up some practical and training basis.In order that we update know-how,the secondary vocational schools should build some new majors such as AI,environmental protection,new architecture and so on.As a teacher,we must have crisis and urgent sense.We have to create practical and training condition to update teachers' knowledge structure so as to advance their teaching and practical level,esp.their in-enterprise one.We need boost teachers'happiness of profession,and improve development both of teachers and schools.We need build the cultural construction of the vocational education zone,and educate moral and perfect persons.The author advises course can share and learn in the same zone so as to foster comprehensive talented persons.We should build commonwealth of enterprises in the zone,creative model of training talented persons,establish effective evaluation system for the benefit of students development.Based on the inner requirements of higher quality technical persons and demands of students' lifelong learning,we had better make use of the advantages of the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to borrow Jing-Jin and help Xiong'an,to move secondary vocational schools from Jing-Jin to Xiong'an.At last,through relative researches,the author tries to develop Xiong'an New District eduction to realize the strategy transformation of �from low to plat,again to tall one�.We should foster these teachers and students of creative consciousness and stronger practice capacity.This dissertation states that we should develop vocational educational model suitable for human surroundings,creative environments,continuing developmental circumstances of the New District.It is hoped that the New District can become an example for our country's vocational educational development model.
