Research On The View Of Life Of Chinese Post-90S Undergraduates

Negative reports on the teenagers born in the1990s frequently appeared. Most of them deal with their improper treatment towards life, which reflects their deviation in evaluating life and searching for life’s essence. However, college students born in the1990s are essential power for building our country into a better one in the future. Therefore, their values of life directly influence social harmony. Then, the thesis focuses upon analyze the problems lies in their values of life and put forward the conceptual resources of solving the problem so that correct values of life be established, which helps promote social harmony.Questionnaire is employed in the research. We have a study and analysis in the values of life on college students born in the1990s. The result indicates that there exists a gap between their recognition and behavior in valuing life. And most of them are discontented with their college life and are incapable of dealing with frustration. Moreover, such factors as personality defect, a lack of belief, directionless and failure in social communication contributed a lot to their life values. Thus, the author believes it necessary to help the college students establish the correct values of life through education.At present, education on values of life mainly comes from school, family, society and individual. But for college students born in the1990s, it is more reflected in the school. Many Chinese scholars have already carried out deep discussion upon course arrangement and teaching methods. However,the teaching materials have only been slightly mentioned and there is no further research. As a result, the thesis, from the perspective of ethics, searched the essence of life values from the Chinese Confucianism, Daoism and Buddhism, and from the western philosophical life theories and Marxism so theories have been provided for students born in the1990s to establish the right values of life.
