Nowadays, China is in a critical period of social transformation, whether economic system, social structure, or the people’s way of life, forms of employment have undergone profound changes, these changes have a deep impact on every group of society. The group of college students who were born after1990s is a very special group of social groups. On the one hand them shoulder the great historical mission of national development and construction, are the future of our country and the hope of the nation; on the other hand, their outlook on life, world outlook, values are in an extremely unstable period, the processing capacity of facing all kinds of cultures and thoughts is relatively low. Thus, how about the mainstream values of his special group of the after90s generations university students when they are in the face of complex and volatile social environment? Is their social core values consistent with our country advocated? Whether have been influenced by the western capitalist countries thought penetration, and have produced doubts even departure from China’s construction of socialist core values? How should we guide the after90s generations university students to form the correct values? What measures could we take when we are facing the problems of values that the after90s university students made.This series of problems are the major theoretical issues and practical problems that we need to be resolved. Therefore, we treat the after90s students’ values as the research object, mastered the college students’ first-hand information through a questionnaire survey in this stage, based on these specific data to analyze the status quo on the values of these students and part of the students’ choosing values deviation causes. Then put forward the relevant countermeasures to strengthen the after90s generations university students’ values education.The article is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the after90s generations college students’ values related concept and significance elaboration study part, mainly from the value, values and their values of the concept, the connotation of this three carried out a detailed elaboration, and provides the theoretical support for the research.The second part is the analysis of the influence of the after90s generations college students’ values formation environment, and summarized the displayed specific characteristics of the after90s generations students’values by the environmental impact based on the analysis.The third part is the part of the questionnaire survey research, questionnaire mainly start from the after90s generations students of their political outlook, outlook on life, ethics, learning concept and the employment outlook this five aspects. Based on the questionnaire survey of the specific data bit, we can from positive and negative two aspects to analyze the current situation about their values.The fourth part is mainly aimed at the fourth part questionnaire survey of the specific problems reflected the reason to carry on the analysis. We mainly from society, university, family and their own the four categories to have a comprehensive analysis about their choosing values deviation.The fifth part is put forward the concrete countermeasures about strengthening the after90s university students’values education, which is on the basis of the front second, third and fourth parts’research. The specific measures including six parts:the principle of adhering to the socialist core value system as the leading status, the optimization of social environment, playing the school educational position role, giving the full play to the basic role of family education, mobilizing the students’ self-education enthusiasm, innovating their values education method. Hoping that through the above responses we can make these after90s generations university students remain sober-minded in such a complex and changing international and domestic environment. Also rationally analysis and treat the new problems and new situation, the new phenomenon of social development, and then they can form the Chinese characteristic socialism core values, which can adapt to the social development and the needs of the motherland construction.
