Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Spiritual Motive Force From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

Ideological and political education aims at improving the ideological and moral quality of college students,pursuing truth,goodness and beauty,and cultivating young college students with strong ideals and beliefs,noble morality,responsibility and responsibility.Spiritual motivation is the unique inner quality of human beings,an important element of ideological and political education,and a powerful force for the development of individuals and society.The improvement of the ideological and moral quality of college students is inseparable from the impetus of spiritual motivation.The mental motivation of college students is generated by the interaction of certain internal conditions and external conditions.At present,influenced by subjective factors,ideological and political education pays more attention to the transfer of knowledge and skills,and neglects the development of virtue personality,which leads to the lack of spiritual power of college students,such as lost ideals and beliefs,theoretical illusion,emotional downturn,and mental weakness.As a high-level intellectual with knowledge,college students are the hope of the future of the motherland and the backbone of the realization of the Chinese dream.Research on the cultivation of college students' spiritual motivation has important theoretical and practical value.This article has four parts:The first part,from both internal and external perspectives,determines the concept of spiritual motivation,college students' spiritual motivation,and spiritual motivation in ideological and political education,and analyzes the Marxist theory of spiritual motivation.The second part explains the content and value of the cultivation of college students' spiritual motivation from both internal and external perspectives.The third part analyzes the problems and causes of the current college students' spiritual motivation from the perspectives of education environment,educators and educators.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate the spiritual motivation of college students in the new era.First,optimize the ideological and political education environment,especially the campus environment,and correct the evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education,and provide a good external environment for the cultivation of college students' spiritual motivation.Second,it demonstrates the moral education function of ideological and political education,pays attention to the national spiritual sentiment,strengthens the will of ideals and beliefs,and builds strong internal support for the cultivation of college students' spiritual motivation.Third,give full play to the exemplary role of the model,pay attention to the fascination of the revolutionary mentor personality,reshape the personality charm of the ideological and political teachers,and provide emotional support for the cultivation of college students' spiritual motivation.Fourth,guide college students to consciously and self-discipline,establish clear goals,pay attention to practice tempering,and cultivate college students' spiritual creativity and spiritual combat effectiveness.
