With the development of information society, more and more people pay attention to the information literacy,which made it became one of the basic existent skills for human beings, now as an important part of the information literacy education, the research direction has(directions have) developed from concept, essence, goal to education.In recent years, more and more people have researched the information literacy, but for graduate of Information Literacy in the Web2.0environment’s study is a few, still in the start-up and explore stage. In order to guide the education of graduate information literacy, the evaluation index system of information literacy for graduate is needed.For the problem above, the author analysised the environment of web.2.0,and the intension of information literacy, what’s more, combine the teaching characteristic of the graduate,the author summarized the information literacy inscape of the graduate,and explained the relationship of the inscape and index system; the administrative levels and intention of the literacy which offered theory evidence for the construction of evaluation index systerm.Second, Reference to the relevant research of the foreign countries before to formulate the information literacy evaluation index of the graduate students basised on the innovation ability. Then, asked about some experts and teachers by the way of questionnaire form, at the same time,the author plan to analysis the questionnaire with the way of AHP.At last,studied the graduate students of three universities in C hongqing, and analysised the the graduate students’s problem of information literacy deeply. Then analysis the causes and proposed some strategies to solve the prolems. What’s more,test and verified the availability of the evaluation index in the social reality. In the end of the paper, the author point out the shortage of this study, and proposed the plan that how to study this task further.
