After analyzed nonlinear characteristic of information appraise, based on the study about information literacy education and its appraise criteria for junior, this paper uses the viewpoints of performance and performance appraise for reference, introduces fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into evaluation of information literacy, then comes to fuzzy-performance appraise method of information literacy for junior, and it also presents a case to prove the reason and lack of this method. This paper contains five parts: the first part introduces the background and meaning of founding FPA for junior; The second part discusses the theory base, nature , appraise guideline system and mathematics model in detail; The third part discusses the procedure of FPA for junior in practise; The fourth part gives a case and presents the lack and improving measure; The fifth part is the end ,it eptiomes the nature , the value and the lack of FPA.
