A new round of high school history curriculum reform has been widely spread across the country. The reform of the New History Curriculum in high school is an important part of the eighth elementary education curriculum reform, involving changes in ordinary high school education target, adjustment of curriculum structure, curriculum content updates, the development of curriculum resources, teaching reform, the reconstruction of the course evaluation system and the establishment of teacher training and other professional support system and so on, which is a curriculum reform as breakthrough point related to the ordinary high school education of comprehensive reform. It was not simple adjustment and modification of the current curriculum, but rather a reflection of the spirit of profound changes. It is reconstruction of the quality education curriculum system according to the "exam-oriented education" In this sense, the new curriculum of ordinary high school is a broad and deep education innovation. In essence, it is a kind of culture, to configure an era, reflect the spirit of the times, open a new culture of democracy、science and the curriculum content of New History Curriculum standard requires to close to students’lives, to adapt to the new era through the senior high school new curriculum reform will greatly benefit to promote quality education in senior high school.According to the analysis of survey data and the data combined with interviews to draw the following:the author finds that the students in high schools have great identity about New History Curriculum, in which the students in key schools are better than those in regular schools, the students of grade three have the lowest identity about new curriculum and the students in city high school as a whole are better than those in rural high school. Therefore, in the process of the implementation of the New History Curriculum, this paper puts forward the constructive suggestions through the education departments at all levels, schools, first-line teachers, evaluation system. Education departments at all levels is a guarantee for the smooth implementation of New History Curriculum; The school is the frontline of the smooth implementation of new curriculum; A glimmer of teachers is the main force of the smooth and effective implementation of the New History Curriculum; Course designer is to improve a New History Curriculum, to ensure the smooth implementation of the cornerstone of New History Curriculum; students are the important players in the smooth implementation of new curriculum; Evaluation and examination system reform is a breakthrough of the New History Curriculum.
