In our education theory, the influence of biological factors on individual’s moral development has been ignored for years. With the development of modern biology and its research technology, biology research tell us that genetic predisposition does affect the individual’s moral development, and it is not only the basis of moral development, but also a role cannot be underestimated in this program. Since reform and opening up, scientization and humanization is the important demands and trend of education development, as well as the basic thoughts and way of promoting education. In the social development situation of the increasingly accelerated differentiation and integration of the disciplines, education needs to construct a reasonable theoretical basis from various aspects and angles. Individual’s moral development is a complicated process, only grasping the individual moral development law in order can education effectively promote the individual’s moral development. In terms of the current, the biology is to study the objective rule of individual development, and it is also a scientific discipline, it essentially grasps the cause of human morality, as well as internal and external factors affecting the individual moral development, education can and should learn its theory, and get inspiration from it. From the biology perspective, the individual moral development is considered, which is the need to construct a scientific and effective education theory, and it is also an urgent need of scientific and humanistic education. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, it explained the source of the problem, research content, meaning, and methods of the research. At the same time, the relevant literature has been generated and summarized, which laid the theoretical foundation for the study. The second part summarized some content related to this study’s topic, it mainly made brief description of some basic concept, the relationship between biology and education, as well as the meaning of moral in biology. The third part discussed the influence on the individual moral behavior caused by biological factors. From the biology evolution, as a social animal, humans is born with a kind of social instincts that is the foundation of moral; from the view of gene, total individual fitness is a kind of unconscious individual altruistic behavior. Individual altruistic behavior can be considered from two aspects of kin selection and reciprocal altruism. The fourth part showed the influence of biological factors on individual unethical behavior by taking the typical individual unethical behavior--aggressive behavior for example. From a biological point of view, there is a certain degree of aggression in human nature, which is closely related to the response form and environment, the organizational structure and physiological levels of the individual’s internal body. The fifth part is some implications and suggestion from the content of the above several parts. Individual moral nature, the relationship between altruism and self-interest in the moral quality and other aspects was discussed. Some valuable suggestions were put forward on the relevant basic theory education, moral education methods and the choice of methods and other aspects in order that education can play a better role in promoting the development of individual moral standards.
