In recent years, with the increase in the pressure of college entranceexamination, some school high school student culture course grades thanother students at a distinct disadvantage in the general arts and science collegeentrance competition, basically hopeless ideal institutions ascend in theentrance, in order to colleges and universities can be admitted to consciouslyor forced to learn music, art or sports, join a team of talented students toparticipate in the a relatively fair entrance examination competition. Therefore,the number of talented students has increased year by year, for themanagement of this part of the students have become increasingly prominent,become an important issue that can not be ignored in the conventional schoolstudent management.Currently, Baotou City Middle School Students in management science,normative, unity and main characteristics. The standardized studentmanagement school successfully conducting educational benefit guarantee.But its disadvantage is to focus on the system rather than in the needs of thedevelopment of talented students, focusing on the diversity of uniformrequirements and not pay attention to talented students personalitydevelopment, too much emphasis on the realization of the managementobjectives, the pursuit of order and obedience. Students in management as anend, to the neglect of the student management in order to promote thefundamental purpose of student development. This student management sothat talented students to feel depressed, thus affecting the harmoniousteacher-student relationship, the relationship between students and the campusatmosphere.
