With the sports and art examination being heated up in recent years, Chinese learning ability of sports-talented and art-talented students in high school has become a problem worthy of studying. The paper mainly takes the method of literature review, data collection, questionnaire survey and case study as key means of study with the results being found out that the Chinese learning motivation of these students is not clear; the learning habit is undesirable and the learning efficiency is relatively low. At the same time, in terms of the Chinese teaching for the sports-talented and art-talented students, the analysis learning situation is incomprehensible; the teaching strategy is not coming to point and the design of homework is not scientific. The reasons that trigger all of the above phenomenon include the reasons of the students and the reasons from the aspects of imperfect management and supervision system of school and inappropriate family education, based on which, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: the school should establish a reasonable and effective incentive system; Chinese teachers should change the concept of intrinsic teaching and parents should ideologically attach importance to language learning and communicate with the teachers in a timely manner. What should be specially emphasized is that Chinese teaching should be delivered to students according to the actual situation; in the specific implementation process, the teachers should adhere to the idea of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude; the language courses are required to be connected with the major of sports-talented and art-talented students by adopting layered teaching method and setting the experiencing scenarios. In this way, it makes students feel the Chinese is inseparable from the life and the life is filled with Chinese.
