This paper mainly study on the instructional leadership of teachers under the backgroundof weak schools improvment related issues. This thesis is the current research frontier issuesin the field of school improvement, is also a fundamental and crucial problem. Weak schoolimprovement powerfully promote the our country foundation education stage of compulsoryeducation equality, embodies the principle of equality in compulsory education, conform tothe direction of the modernization of education, contemporary international education reformphase, at the same time. Teachers teaching leadership as a new area of research on teachers’professional development in our country, Greatly enriched the theory of teacher’s professionaldevelopment, Has attracted the attention of scholars, but in practice has not been universalapplication. In this paper, through literature analysis and investigation method, the backdropof the weak school improvement in our country, discusses how to improve teachers’ teachingleadership problem.Full text is mainly divided into five parts. An introduction to the first part first, askquestions, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, and then the relatedliterature review; The second part through the literature analysis method, first on leadership,instructional leadership, defining the relevant concepts of teacher’s teaching leadership, on thebasis of the weak school improvement, improvement and weak school teacher teaching therelationship between leadership; The third part adopt case analysis method, starting from thepractice, come to our country the status quo of teachers’ instructional leadership: schoolorganization management mechanism is not sound; Volume expansion of teachers, butteachers’ subjectivity play serious insufficient; Teachers professional accomplishment,teaching quality, weak school teacher lack of teaching leadership. The fourth part, from thetheoretical level, this paper discusses the basic ideas of teaching leadership, teachers teachingthe value of leadership and its constituent elements. The fifth part, through the analysis of theabove proposed improvement from weak school under the background of the promotion of theteacher’s instructional leadership strategy.The author thinks that the weak school improvement has been built by large-scalehardware development to the school quality and school-running characteristics. In this article,through perfecting the organizational structure of the weak school, building belongs to the weak school its own cultural characteristics; While increasing teachers’ self-awareness, givefull play to the subjectivity of the weak school teacher; Play of the subjectivity needs thesupport of teachers’ professional accomplishment, improve teachers’ professional quality,become a key problem of teachers improve teaching leadership.
