Comparative Law is the basic method of history teaching in high schoolhistory teaching practice, most front-line teachers more comparative law as aknowledge tool of memory, and did not do a comprehensive grasp ofcomparative law in the teaching processplayed a key role. This article is basedon the actual situation of the basis of comparative law theory research,combined with the author’s school to study the subject of comparative law atthe high school history teaching practice.Comparison method is an important method of historical research, acommonly used method of comparing longitudinal comparisons andhorizontal comparisons, macro compare and microscopic comparisons, thefacts compare and counterfactual comparisons, the general comparisons andspecial comparisons.In the teaching of history, not all events can becomparative law teaching. Comparative law involved a particularly largenumber of historical knowledge, particularly wide angle. This knowledge ofhistory teachers reserve capacity demanding. Appropriate use of comparativelaw in the teaching of history, Will help strengthen the ideological educationof the students.Author’s school that Inner Mongolia aerospace school has its ownunique characteristics, the author for its own characteristics, such as teachercharacteristics, student characteristics, the survey, in-depth study of theconfusion in the past.
