The children’s growth and development is the result that the various education effect.As the two important forms of promoting children’s growth, family education and schooleducation has the unique education nature, presenting the different educational advantages,the resultant forces of education, would involve children’s physical and mental ability toobtain health growth. The influence of family education and school education should beconsistent. Only in this way, we ensure that children can get good education effect. If therequirement is not unified or not unified education, the education effect will weaken,leading to ideological confusion of the children, and even the contradiction behavior.Because of the internal and external causes, in the cooperation process, schooleducation and family education appeared deviation, both in the education idea, educationgoal, education methods and education evaluation mode are different, the education effectis different, in a certain extent, affects the purpose of the family education and schooleducation reached. Aimed at the problems the process of cooperation of the current familyeducation and school education on the basis of analyzing its characteristics, combining thedifferent characteristics of family education and school education, around promotingchildren’s development, actively take effective measures to solve the problems of thecooperation process of family education and school education. Then realize the effectivecommunication, promote family education and school education cooperation, ultimately, topromote all-round development of children. Under the premise, to make clear thecooperation problems, should strive to promote the in-depth cooperation of familyeducation and school education, enrich the contents of cooperation, expand areas ofcooperation, and achieve mutual effective communication. Family education and schooleducation should focus on the three dimensions of the child’s habits, living enlightenmentand ideal shape, enhancing mutual cooperation. In order to realize the family education andschool education effective cooperation, should be actively open up the cooperation path,active founded the contact mechanism of family and school, developing the family visit, toset up the contact system for family and school, through the effective open up the cooperation path, promoting the further cooperation and communication that the familyeducation and school education.Family education and school education throughout person’s life. Parents and teachersas the child’s guide, affect the child’s overall growth. In order to actively promote thecooperation that the family education and school education, fully to play their educationalvalue, we should give full play the main role of human in the cooperation process,excavating hidden education value of the environment and open up the multi-dimensionalcooperation perspective, realizing the fusion that the family education and schooleducation, completing the mission of the family education and school education.
