With the advancement of quality education and the improvement of people's knowledge and culture,the school,the family and the society put unprecedented attention to education.For children's all-round development,it has been a hot topic that the school should consider parents as an active role in school management to promote the effectiveness of family-school cooperation.This study based on the theory related to family-school cooperation and puts forward that the family-school cooperation should focus on the function of the school leaders,teachers,students and parents.four sorts of function,emphasizes the four equal and cooperative partnership It is easy to form education resultant force with equal and cooperative partnership of the four parts.Based on basic education reform,the study will do a practical research about family-school cooperation with four parts in one in Z school.The study mainly adopts the literature method,questionnaire method and interview method,which analysis the practice of family-school cooperation,in order to put forward feasible advice on further practice and research.The paper contains four parts as below:The first part: introduction.This part introduces the background of the subject,analyzes the purpose and significance of the research,explains the research methods and defines the keywords.The second part: the theory related to family-school cooperation.This part introduces the theory and practice research of domestic and foreign family-school cooperation to make a good foundation for the following research.The third part: the practical research related to family-school cooperation.This part introduces the practice of family-school cooperation in Z school and analysis its typical cases.The fourth part: the reflection and suggestions.According to the research,the study compares the understanding,support,communicative ways,the content and the satisfaction among the leadership,teachers,parents and students in the family-school cooperation.The study will show the problems and the reasons as well,what's more,it will put forward feasible advice on further practice and research.
