The development of science and technology has brought the workenvironment changes,modern office mainly depends on the computer.Because theextended time by using computer,hand,wist,forearm,upper arm,shoulder and neckwill be pain,numbnes,muscle weakness,ect.The phenomenon is known as the“mouse hand”in occupational disease.In order to study reasons for musclefatigue,the paper analyzes the ordinary college students muscle fatigue which iscaused by using different mouse pads for a long time.Though the analysis ofindicators which are muscle actvity characteristics,forearm blood flow velocitychanges and the changes of the left and right g rip strength,it is to reasonably andscientificly diagnose and evaluate the influence factors of “mouse hand”which iscaused by clicking mouse for a long period.The reasearch mainly uses experiment test method and mathematical statisticsmethod.In laboratory conditions,according to the strict using conditions,tenexperimenters have been playing game by clicking mouse with different mousepads for two hours and forty minutes.In the whole experiment,electricaldatas,radial artery blood flow velocity striographgrip strength values and clickingnumbers are collected.In the end,I record and analyze the datas which are from twoexperiments,then analyze the muscle fatigue.EMGs are derived from the forearmflexor group,forearm extensor group and musculus biceps brachil.Striographs arederived from radial artery.Based on the analysis and comparison of the results,the paper obtains thefollowing conclusions:1Clicking mouse for a long time which makes forearm flexor group andfoream extensor group fatigued. Compared with two kinds of mouse pad usedcondition,the fatigue of forearm flexor group gets serious,but the foream extensorgroup is opposite.2Regardless of mouse pad with hand,clicking mouse for a long time whichcauses the forearm systolic blood flow velocity slowly.Compared with two kinds ofmouse pad used condition,the forearm systolic blood flow velocity caused by usingnormal mouse pad,which slows down more seriously than the ergonomic mousepad.3From the test indicators of EMG,it can be concluded that discharge order ofdifferent muscles:the forearm extensor group,the forearm flexor group andmusculus biceps brachii.It is stated that the forearm extensor group and the forearmflexor group are play role in mouse operation,and discharge of musculus bicepsbrachii changs very weak in the whole experime4In the whole experiment,it lasts two hours and forty minutes.The threemuscles are fatigued when they have been working for two hours.5Completing the same load movement,the forearm flexor group of experiment two is fatigueer than experiment one,but the result caused by thefoream extensor group is opposite.Compared with other muscles,musculus bicepsbrachii discharged,but is not strong.It does not play role in mouse operation,its roleis to maintain elbow.But it will be fatigue if it has been working for a long time.
