Shanghai College Physical Professional Students Volunteer Activity Present Situation And Influence Factors Analysis

In recent years, Volunteer service become a kind of trend, the number ofvolunteers increases year by year. College students participate in the volunteeractivity has also become one of the symbols of university campus culture, and it hasanimportant and profound effect on the development of campus cultureconstruction. The frequency of Shanghai college sport professional syudents toparticipate in volunteer activities is relatively rising stage, and almost large activitiesmore and more need sport professional volunteers. But because of sportsprofessional students’ professional particularity, advantages and disadvantages ofparticipate in different kinds of volunteer activities are relatively distinct.This paper takes Shanghai college sports professional students as the researchobject, through the literature research, survey method, interview method toinvestigate and analysis the volunteer activity type and motivation,quality andsatisfaction which the university sport professional students participate in, it is clearabout the current research achievements and problems. And at the same time,author analysis different influencing factors to participate in volunteer activities, andput forward the opinions and suggestions.This study concluded that the following conclusion:1. During college sports students participate in volunteer activities, moststudents participate in spots eapecially sports game, and the proportion of thecommunity sports volunteer at least. In contrast, most of the students are morewilling to participate in behavioral and competitive appreciation higher sportsvolunteer service activities.2. The different grade students have different motivation and needs toparticipate in volunteer service. Facing the graduate, students more and more payattention to the practical.3. Because of the professional, sports professional students have the theoryknowledge and skills, greatly reduce the activity party training costs, and start towork faster and more effectively. 4. The incentive methods and system is not reasonable influencestudents’activities to participate in volunteer service, and the activities of the workinitiative.
