Nowadays, the Olympics, World Cup, F1and other mega sport event has beenreceived worldwide attention, its importance and role in the political, economic,cultural and other aspects have increasingly been prominent. The mega sports eventscan be held successfully not only need to integrate a lot of manpower, material andfinancial resources, information and other resources, but also need scientific planning,organization and control. The volunteers assist is one important aspect. It can be saidvolunteer have become an important supplement to the human resources needs ofmega sport event. But the status quo of sports volunteer service, due to a lack ofeffective organization and management, while the loss of volunteers have occurred,not only to bring a direct loss of sporting events, but also hindered the normalizationof volunteer services can be continued development. So how to effectively attractand retain more volunteers to participate in volunteer service in major sport event willbecome one of the main means of improving the type of sporting event volunteermanagement, as well as the fundament of major sporting events volunteermanagement for sustainable development, it is important to guarantee the promotionof voluntary service normalization of development.In this study, the use of literature, in-depth interviews, questionnaire andmathematical statistics, sustained volunteer service to sporting events behavior factorsfor the study, based on the theory of human motivation, Lewin behavior theory, thetheory of planned behavior and the current research on sporting event volunteer,analysis and summarizes the seven major factors that influence sustained volunteerservice, namely volunteering motivational factors, personality traits factors, socialfactors, family factors, organizational factors, volunteers work factors anddemographic characteristics factors, then the correlation between these seven factorsand behavior continued willingness of volunteers conducted between assumptions andbased on sport event volunteer of the12th Liaoning national games Shenyang sectionas the investigation object, through questionnaires through empirical research on theunderlying assumptions were verified data collected between factors volunteersconduct various factors continued service relationship. Empirical results show that the sport event volunteer sustainable service behavior aremainly influenced by volunteering motivation, social and environmental factors,volunteer organization and management system, the impact of volunteer work factors,which sports volunteering motivation become the core source of power, social andenvironmental factors is catalyst, a volunteer organization and management system isan important guarantee sport event volunteer sustainable service behavior, volunteerjobs matching is also a key factor.Finally, the paper respectively from the specification sports volunteer managementorganization, establish a reasonable mechanism for volunteer recruitment andselection, reasonable allocation volunteer jobs, promote the spirit of sports volunteerfour aspects made several recommendations and opinions on how to attract and retainmore volunteers to participate in volunteer service,, and provide reference fornormalization of sustainable development of voluntary service.
