The teaching design ability is the key to the success of the curriculum reform in thephase of preliminary education. And the key to the development of rural basic educationlevel, more related to the quality of the rural children’s lifelong based and subsequentlearning.The researches shown that teachers use the guidance of the concepts of newcurriculum in the “lesson-study” process, teachers’ teaching behavior can be evaluatedeffectively in the process of carrying out the study. According to the feedback of theevaluation, the teacher will design the teaching activity much better and reflect theteaching process and adjust the teaching behavior on the basis of the assessment, whichis improve their teaching design ability. So, the “lesson-study” is helpful to theirteaching design ability, is helpful to their professional knowledge development, andenhance the teachers`personal professional development.In this paper, based on the cooperative teaching, synergetic theory, taking Wu Longin Chongqing as the case, with questionnaire, classroom observation and interviewmethod for study, to explore the teachers adopts "lesson study" impact on the teachingdesign capability. This thesis is divided into four chapters:Chapter1serves as the introduction. In this chapter, the author discusses thebackground, motivation, value and significance of the study, literature review, and theresearch design;Chapter2is mainly about the “lesson study” and the theoretical research on thedevelopment of Chinese teachers’ ability of teaching design. At first, the author talksabout the definition and interpretation of “lesson study” and teaching design ability inChinese teaching, then he contends that the setting of teaching objectives, the grasp ofteaching contents, the selection of teaching methods, and the design of introductionbelong to subcategories of the teaching design capability of a Chinese teacher inprimary schools in rural regions;Chapter3deals with the following contents: based on the analysis of questionnaireon the implement of “lesson study” in teaching activities in rural primary schools, thefactors that influence the usage of “lesson study” in teaching designs in primary schools in rural areas can be summarized;Chapter4comments on the strategy of promoting the Chinese teachers’ teachingdesign ability in rural elementary schools by using the “lesson study”, which is for thepurpose of calling for the Chinese teachers in primary schools in rural regions to adoptthe suggestion that they carry out the “lesson study” to promote their competence ofteaching design.
