With the advent of the “Internet+” Era,the strategic position of informational education in the national development and overall reform of education has been continuously promoted.In 2010, the education planning outline in which informational education has been listed in a single section,requires clearly that "to speed up the process of informational education ", constructs the effective mechanism to expand the coverage of high quality educational resources by means of information technology,promotes the overall and deep integration of information technology and education teaching,narrows the gap gradually, promotes educational equity and improves the quality of Education.Therefore, in July 2014, the Ministry of Education issued" About carrying out the activities of the 2014 year " a teacher an optimal lesson, a lesson a famous teacher " on the Education Information Network of China, decided to fully carry out this activity.At present, the domestic research on this activity, mainly concentrates in the "Share courses" activities, teaching video clips, resources platform, etc.This paper adopts the method of literature to clear up the activity on the theory and practice preliminary.And on this basis, by the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, making a survey studies the current situation of primary school teachers to participate in the activities of "share courses" in Henan Province,We found that there are some obvious problems in the implementation of this activity on the primary school teachers in Henan Province S area.The writer puts forward some optimization strategies according to the collected data which were analyzed,and there is a certain reference significance to enhance the application of information technology teaching ability of teachers and to improve the status of the current implementation of the primary school teachers' activities in S district of Henan Province.There are several aspects have been discussed in the following: The first chapter that is the introduction.. introduce mainly about the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the overview of existing practice and research, including the activities of the interpretation, the status of implementation, the analysis of the difference on the status of regional implementation, related Chinese literature analysis of activity study, the insufficient of existing research and problems of this research.The third chapter is the current situation of primary school teachers in the S area of Henan Province,including research design and implementation, survey results statistics. The fourth chapter the analysis of the problem of the activities of the implementation.Then,we found the factors in the implementation of the activities of primary school teachers in the S area of Henan province through the analysis of the problem,.The five chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in optimization strategy. The six chapter is the lack of research and future prospects.
