A region, a country’s development is inseparable from education support and pilot.Today, the building of a harmonious society and new rural construction, urban andrural pushed into public view, the economic development of education first, theimportant status of basic education in rural areas has become increasingly prominent.Remove the the policy concessions hardware investment, the imminent construction ofrural primary and secondary teachers. The urban-rural inequality in education, is thatthe teacher is not balanced. How to maintain and enhance the quality of existingprimary and secondary school teachers in rural areas, so that they fully meet therequirements of modern and quality education, but also showing the necessity andimportance.This article will examine the theme targeted at primary and secondary schoolteachers training issues in the context of urban and rural case study in Dayi County,Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, through in-depth visits to survey, collect data,summed up in the area of rural primary and secondary school teachers trainingthereissues, such as training imperfect mechanism; single training methods and otherissues, and in-depth analysis of the reasons that cause these problems, and put forwardspecific recommendations.
