Since the18th century, academic research become important functions of a university, university teachers charged with the important duties of the academic research is an important subject of national innovation, academic research university teachers determine a school’s academic research level Further deep understanding of the present situation of school teachers in academic research, document analysis, surveys, interviews and other methods, from a personal level and environmental dimensions of a comparative analysis of six Yunnan College Teachers’ Academic influencing factors and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through comparative analysis of the status of teachers’ academic work, personal natural situation, four aspects of the attitude and understanding of academic research and school internal organization, the following conclusions:1. The academic concepts of the different types of college teachers is significantly different, mainly reflected in the understanding of "academic" interest level of academic and teaching disciplines loyalty, rely heavily on the academic environment. Research foundation, and a high degree of integrated research capacity of institutions for teachers demanding, whether schools or teachers to invest more time and money on research; finance and economics, medical and other institutions, disciplines particularity require teachers to focus more on teaching.2. The teachers academic research status disciplinary differences type differences and colleges differences, type of discipline differ by more than the institutions differences in teacher research and academic level institutions significantly different School teachers to participate in the academic community enthusiasm is generally low, to participate in various conferences generally low especially to attend international academic conferences, teachers fewer opportunities of mutual academic exchanges, institutions and teachers the low priority given.3. The factors that influence teachers’ research capabilities and achievements are: age and titles, academic training experience, the teacher’s academic input, the degree of satisfaction with the organization, individual academic influence management system of the institutions of the academic work of the degree of support. In the management of the institutions, the high degree of organization, the teacher evaluation system to improve schools, teachers’ sense of belonging and satisfaction is high, to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers of academic research, actually promote institutional developmentThe conclusion of the study, from four aspects for their constructive comments to improve the level of university teachers academic research, including:1.The establishment of the diverse academic evaluation system;2. Build a reasonable structure oiled academic organization system;3.Improve the school’s academic management system, and coordinate the relationship between the academic system and management system;4. Strengthen academic and cultural construction.
