Research On The Development Strategy Of Social Work Institutions Founded By University Teachers

With the development of the sharing of social governance,social work has developed rapidly,and social work service institutions have sprung up and actively participated in social governance.This shows that the government attaches great importance to and supports all kinds of social service institutions,and also reflects the establishment and development of civil society organizations.Encouraged by the government's support,social work institutions founded by university teachers have sprung up all over the country.Social.work is at the early stage of development in the central region,special environment is the government support and professional students practice training needs.Social work institutions have its unique internal and external environment.With the development of social work in the new period,college teachers of social work institutions have internal disadvantage and external threat will be more restricts the development of institutions,need institutions combined with their own advantages and external opportunities,take appropriate development mode and direction,promote the development of the institutions.Based on Y institutions in wuhan city as an example,this paper used the SWOT analysis method to analysis the university teachers' social work institutions founded highlights,such as multi-disciplinary talents,to undertake diversification project,resource acquisition ability.Internal weaknesses,such as multiple roles of teachers,lack of practical experience.External opportunities,such as government support,social demand,and volunteer resources.External threats,such as single source of funds,excessive dependence on government.In these detail analysis,put forward the government level will continue to intensify policy support and the social work of the propaganda work,level of colleges and universities to enhance the understanding of professional social work,and institutions set up the mechanism of cooperation of mutual benefit.Social work institutions continue to exert advantages,overcome the disadvantages,seize the opportunity and face the challenge,making the institutions more perfect more mature.
