Resistance to oxidative stress induced by exercise is one of research focuses in biological sciences inrecent years. The plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) content is widely used to evaluate the anti-oxidantability of animal, but the relationship of the MDA content between plasma and animal tissues was reportedrarely. In this study, the same time model and exhaustive model were set to obverse the effects ofantioxidant capacity of SD rats with intragastric supplemental different doses of lipoic acid, and intragastricsupplemental with the different doses of lycopene on same time model of SD rats anti-oxidant capacity. The relationship of the content of MDA between plasma and animal tissues was also studied to confirm thatMDA content in plasma could be used to reflect oxidation degree occurred in animal organism. The content of MDA in tissue and the concentration of MDA in plasma of SD rats in same timeexerxise model intragastrised with lipoic acid presented linear relationship, linear fitting curve equationwas Y=0.3733X-2.5468(R2=0.9969). The dose of intragastric lipoic acid relationship between MDAcontent in plasma and total tissue was Y=﹣0.01X+3.3767(R2=0.9992)and Y=﹣0.0268X+15.868(R2=0.9993), respectively. T-AOC in liver, heart and GSH-px activity were increased significantly ofSD rats that at the same time model with intragastric lipoic acid, but the effect of decreasing MDA was notsignificant. The content of MDA in tissue and concentration of MDA in plasma of SD rats in exhausting timeexercise model intragastrised with lipoic acid presented linear relationship. Linear fitting curve equationwas Y=0.4983X-2.0568(R2=0.8191). The dose of intragastric lipoic acid relationship between MDAcontent in plasma and total tissue was Y=﹣0.0637X+12.278(R2=0.9957). T-AOC in liver, kidney, Heartand Brain tissue was increased with intragastrition of lipoic acid and was significantly improvedintragastrition with40mg/kg·BW. MDA concertration in heart, kidney, total tissue and plasma of SD ratsintragastrised with lipoic acid were significantly dcreased in exhausting model. There was not significantbetween animal intragastrised with lipoic acid20mg/kg and40mg/kg.The content of MDA in tissue and the concentration of MDA in plasma of SD rats in same timeexercise model with intragastric lycopene presented linear relationship, linear fitting curve equation was Y=0.1049X+1.9676(R2=0.8290), T-AOC of liver, GSH-px activity of kidney and brain tissue, CAT activityof brain and gastrocnemius tissue were all increased SD rats that at the same time model with intragastriclycopene, and intragastric with20mg/kg reached higher livel. MDA content in tissues and total tissue weresignificantly decreased, and plasma MDA concertration was also decreased. There was not significantbetween animal intragastrised with lycopene20mg/kg and40mg/kg.It was showed that MDA concentration of plasma could be confortable for reflecting MDA content intissues of animal. The effect of intragastric with lipoic acid on improvement of antioxidant ability in animaldepended on exercise models. Improvement of antioxidant ability was significant in exhaustion animal withadministration of lipoic acid. Antioxidant capacity of animal intragastrised with lycopene was better thanthat with lipoic acid in the same time exercise model.
