Study On Improving Strategies About Teachers’Informationizing Teaching Ability In Secondary Vocational Schools

To investigate improving strategies about teachers’informationizing teaching ability in secondary vocational schools, the author combined with the education internship practice over20weeks, doing in-depth investigation that the secondary vocational school teachers’ informationizing teaching at education internship practice school, mainly in the form of questionnaire and interview. Regarding the internship school as research object, the author carried on the questionnaire survey, and analysed the present situation of teachers’ informationizing teaching ability of secondary vocational schools at Fuzhou city; By collecting and analyzing the data about informationizing teaching competitions and training, analysed the current effective way to promote the teachers’ informationizing teaching ability in secondary vocational schools; At the same time, through the interviews with the informationizing teaching contest entries, head of the informationizing teaching competition, and head of the informationizing teaching training, systematically analysed the defects of the improving strategies about the teachers’informationizing teaching ability in secondary vocational schools; Finally, on the basis of investigating the present situation of the teachers’ informationizing teaching ability in secondary vocational schools and analysesing the main factors that influence its informationizing teaching ability improving, the author put forward the related suggestions that improve teachers’ informationizing teaching ability in secondary vocational schools:(1)the concept first, changes the teachers’ participation attitude in secondary vocational schools;(2)establishing standards, guides the construction of informationizing teaching ability;(3)strengthening the training, ensures the training effect of informationizing teaching ability;(4)combining competition and teaching, puts the informationizing teaching into effect;(5)Optimizing performance evaluation, incentives the teachers to raise informationizing teaching ability. The author hopes that it gives the teachers beneficial reference for improving informationizing teaching ability in secondary vocational schools through this article research.
