With the reform of secondary vocational education,secondary vocational education has been flourishing.As an important part of the education system in China,the development of secondary vocational education has attracted more and more attention from the society.Secondary vocational schools aim at training high-quality skilled talents.How to train high-quality talents is the key.Secondary vocational teachers play an important role.Secondary vocational teachers' teaching ability runs through the whole educational activities,determines the ability level of students.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers.Based on the affiliated secondary school attached to Liaoning Normal University as a research carrier,this paper finds out its rationality and problems based on a deep understanding of the current teaching ability of business teachers.Based on the evaluation index system of teaching ability evaluation of secondary vocational schools at home and abroad,we reconstruct the evaluation index system of teaching ability of business teachers.Specific methods are as follows: firstly,the embedded competency model,competency characteristics of five kinds of feature of medium occupation school business teachers should be relative,which used the competency model of performance indicators;then according to construct the teaching ability of middle school teachers' occupation business evaluation index system construction principle of the evaluation index system;secondly AHP weights of evaluation indicators;finally construct the business teacher evaluation index system into practical use to explore the system of existence is reasonable,according to the evaluation results to improve teaching ability of middle school teachers' occupation business advice.The evaluation index system constructed in this paper takes the student as the main body of evaluation and business teachers as the research object,using competency model,AHP and questionnaire survey method,which is scientific to a certain extent.Moreover,the evaluation index system is in line with the location of secondary vocational schools,accords with the characteristics of secondary vocational teachers,and also accords with the criteria of student satisfaction to a maximum extent.Therefore,reconstruction of evaluation index system will help improve the teaching quality of business courses in secondary vocational schools,and also play a positive role in the development of secondary vocational education.
