With the diversified development of vocational education and information technology in China,it is imminent to improve the teaching ability of "dual-qualified " teachers in vocational colleges,especially in secondary vocational schools.This research uses the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and case study method to take L secondary vocational school(hereinafter referred to as "L school")as an example,and based on the case study of the 3 " dual-qualified " teachers' information teaching ability promotion process.The study will objectively and subjectively sort out the problems in the process of upgrading the informatization teaching capacity of " dual-qualified " teachers in secondary vocational schools.The problems at the school level include:(1)the definition of the information teaching ability standard is not clear;(2)the construction of the information teaching environment is insufficient;(3)the incentive system is not perfect;(4)the students' ability to learn is insufficient.Personal level of problems include:(1)weak awareness of information teaching;(2)low level of application of information;(3)lower education and professional titles;(4)lack of time and energy.Through the research,it puts forward the strategies for improving the teaching ability of "dual-qualified " teachers in L school,including:(1)constructing the framework for improving the teaching ability of " dual-qualified " teachers;(2)organizing information teaching activities;(3)strengthening the training of information technology application ability;(4)encouraging teachers to participate in the information teaching competition;5)system guarantee in the process of improving information teaching ability;(6)accelerating the construction of information environment;(7)improving students' information learning ability.
