| With the impact and penetration of the wave of artificial intelligence education and the rapid development of intelligent learning environments,how to improve teachers’ ability to apply artificial intelligence teaching is a question worth pondering by educators.A large amount of literature has been researched on the information-based teaching ability,but the artificial intelligence teaching application ability urgently needed in the new era is still lacking.Especially for the vocational education system,its talent training model should be adjusted in a timely manner under the impact of artificial intelligence.The key to adapting to the development of the times and changing traditional education lies in the improvement of teachers’ ability to apply artificial intelligence teaching.This research is based on this problem.It is hoped that by constructing an artificial intelligence teaching application index system to effectively evaluate teachers’ ability level,find out existing problems and propose corresponding improvement strategies.The author builds an initial model of artificial intelligence teaching application ability of secondary vocational teachers by consulting a large amount of literature and combining domestic and foreign research on artificial intelligence and teacher information teaching ability;then through interviews and surveys of front-line teachers and experts’ suggestions on model iteration,The initial model was repeatedly modified to form the initial evaluation scale;and the analysis of the survey data was used to modify and improve the evaluation scale.In the data analysis,the author used project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and other methods,and used the internal consistency coefficient to obtain a reliability value of 0.981,which proves that the research has reliable reliability and validity.The final assessment form of artificial intelligence teaching application ability for secondary vocational teachers is used to clarify the professional development level of secondary vocational teachers in the artificial intelligence environment,so that secondary vocational teachers can evaluate their own teaching application ability,so as to obtain better development.More able to adapt to the trend of intelligent society in the new era.The author explores the current status of artificial intelligence teaching application capabilities of secondary vocational teachers using the tools obtained by the research,and finds that there are different levels of artificial intelligence teaching application abilities of secondary vocational teachers;the basic artificial intelligence of secondary vocational teachers is generally not high;There are inadequate implementation;four aspects of weak teaching ability of artificial intelligence teaching in secondary vocational teachers.At the same time,in response to the above problems,the author draws on the opinions and suggestions of the first-line secondary vocational teachers interviewed,and combines them with the opinions and suggestions generated by the iteration of the experts.Finally,the following relevant suggestions are summarized: Strategies for strengthening teachers of different age Training;accelerate the improvement of artificial intelligence basic literacy of secondary vocational teachers;explore new teaching modes to make up for the lack of teaching implementation;and promote the diversification of artificial intelligence teaching evaluation of secondary vocational teachers. |
