The Functional Position And Development Evaluation For Our University Science Parks

University Science Parks, which based on university, relies on faculties and scientific research efforts of the university to improve the speed of high-tech industrialization. It is not only the science and technology incubation center for small and medium-sized enterprises as the prior productive force, but also the window combined with the University teaching, research and social and economic development. Therefore, we need a perfect function positioning and development evaluation system to locate, analyze, and evaluate the development of the University Science Parks. Our University for the development of evaluation has been made great progress, but so far there is no more unified and authoritative evaluation index system, especially on the development of evaluation index system. Functional position is inaccurate, imperfect evaluation index system and the evaluation method unscientific, which will affect the sustainable development of the University Science Parks.Index system to the National University Science Park of the "Eleventh Five-Year Development Plan and the State University of Science and Technology Park Assessment (acceptance)" as the guiding ideology of the functional positioning for University Science Parks, built the University Science Parks development Evaluation Index System, and based on the method to build combination weighting model. We’ve selected six University Science Parks as the evaluation of the object, using the AHP and entropy method, according to the combination weighting model to calculate portfolio weights, and based on evaluation results in the development of the six University Science Parks, comparison of University Science Parks development strengths and weaknesses, identify the key factors affecting the development of the University Science Parks, and then to establish the dominant position of the University Science Parks in the development of modern science and technology, strengthen the Scientific Research and collaborative innovation, improve the function of university science parks and changing the University Science Parks development model to improve the University Science Parks in the social impact of efforts to promote the development of the University Science Parks countermeasures.
