The "National University Science and Technology Park Management Measures" clearly pointed out that the National University Science and Technology Park is an important part of the current national strategic innovation system and an important platform for promoting integration and innovation.The National University Science and Technology Park is promoting economic development,the transformation of scientific research results,and technological innovation.Such aspects are of great significance.Through the operation tracking of the University Science Park in recent years,it is found that in the actual operation process,its service capabilities and expected functions are far from the original design goals.The University Science Park is often caught in the inability to provide effective scientific and technological innovation services for the enterprises in the park.Dilemma.In the increasingly fierce competition in technological innovation,information resources,as a special resource,are increasingly urgently needed by the University Science Park,a new subject of technological innovation.In this context,in order to meet the needs of information in the process of technological innovation of university science parks,and to accelerate the efficiency of university science and technology innovation,this article introduces intelligence services into the science and technology innovation service system of university science parks,and believes that the establishment of university science parks The information service system can effectively solve the information needs of enterprises in the park in the process of technological innovation,improve the efficiency of enterprise technological innovation,and can also enhance the technological innovation service capabilities of university science parks and promote regional economic development.This study uses questionnaire surveys to investigate the science and technology innovation subjects of the National University Science Park,and obtains the first-hand information needs of the science and technology innovation subjects of the University Science and Technology Park.Secondly,through literature research and combined with the investigation of enterprises,it proposes the initial factors that affect the enterprise's acquisition of intelligence.Factors are collected,and then exploratory factor analysis is carried out on the user questionnaire scoring data,and the main dimensions that affect the enterprise ' s acquisition of intelligence are extracted.Through the investigation of demand and influencing factors,the actual problems of the current enterprise's acquisition of intelligence in technological innovation are summarized.The problems to be solved and the construction of the next model provide a basis.The article uses the SWOT analysis method to demonstrate the feasibility of developing intelligence services in the university science and technology park,and analyzes the resource background advantages of establishing intelligence services in the university science and technology park;on this basis,the results of the questionnaire analysis are integrated and completed from the construction principles,ideas,and elements.From the perspective of science and technology innovation,the university science park information service model was proposed,and how to construct the core layer of the model was analyzed,and the advantages of the model were summarized.Finally,the development strategy was proposed from the short-term and long-term phases,which will help universities in the future.The science and technology park provides a theoretical reference for information services under the perspective of scientific and technological innovation.
