Object:This research is based on the training of 2006 Doha Asia Games’ national triathlon team,analysis the training characteristic and ways to monitor training with physical parameters.The object is to find some physical parameters that can reflect sport intensity,quantity and recovery effectly to guide further scientific training of triathlon.Methods:In the whole training period,some function indices of the national triathletes such as:Hb,CK,BU,T are measured.The blood lactate and heart rate is used to evaluate and inspect the training result. Statistic analysis is carried out on training arrangement,training quantity and intensity.Rusults:1.The distribution of training quantity and intensity is different in each phase of triathlon training.2.Using max-lactate inter-training method,BLa peak value in the end of winter training is lower than that in early days,but the result improves;different distance have different effect.3.In the combinative triathlon training the BLa after training is higher than AT;increasing running distance can increase the proportion of mix-oxygen training.4.During the whole training period, the indices of Hb,BU,CK and T of the triathletes changed periodically and cyclically.Hb and T were downward trends after great trained load, but hoisted significance after adjusting.BU did not change too much. CK hoisted in the match season,but did not have significance.Conclusion:1.The max-lactate inter-training method have great effect on increasing swimming result of triathletes,and different distance have different effect on different athletes.The BLa index make triathlon training scientific and pertinence.2.Via HR monitoring,we can realize the characteristic of different distance and intensity.3.We should increase the proportion of mix-oxygen training by increasing the running distance of combinative triathlon training and shortening leading time during bicycle training.4.The indices Hb,BU,CK and T changed periodically and cyclically with training load.It is more meaningful to analyze and monitor lengthways,and it is not recommended to use only one index as a standard to increase volume and intensity.
