Objective: Physical fitness,skills and tactics ability are the most important three elements of the competitive ability for taekwondo athletes.They are influential,interdependent and mutually restricted among each other.Taekwondo athletes' physical strength is the basis of the movement.The shortage of the physical strength will seriously restricting the atheletes' technical and tactical level in the taekwondo competition.Therefore,the athletes must have a scientific and reasonable training and body function monitoring system to keep good physical stamina,and ideal achievements in the competitiongame.Under the guidance of starting from the actual combat ideas,combining with the winter training taekwondo team in Shaanxi,this study focus on the monitoring and evaluation for the body function of the key players during the winter training of taekwondo,analysing adaptability of athletes training plan and the relationship between the training load and athletes body function condition in the whole winter training period,discussing the rationality of the winter training schedule,assisting the coaches in carrying out the scientific and reasonable methods and means of winter training.We hope to provide theoretical reference for high levels of taekwondo athletes in Shaanxi Province by following winter training training process feedback,providing real scientific monitoring results,designing training program for coach and providing the basis of the practice broaden the idea of physical training.Research methods: The study choose 11 excellent athletes in Shaanxi taekwondo team as the object.During the whole winter training(From November in 2015 to March in 2016),the blood sample test hemoglobin(Hb)in the condition of athletes on an empty stomach,blood urea(BU),serum creatine kinase(CK)on every Monday and test of serum testosterone(T)and cortisol(C)physiological and biochemical indexes every 4 weeks are taken as a regular basis index to do the individual mathematical analysis and evaluation of the training effect on the measured data of the key players in Shaanxi Province Taekwondo Team in 2015-2016 winter training,according to the Shaanxi Province Taekwondo Team Training Programs to make the change of the measured data curve,and combining with the athletes' body composition and psychological testing,etc.The experimental results: 1.Xue **'s weight reduced from 66.4 kg to 60.4 kg,her body fat percentage changed from 24.1% to 19.5%,and her muscle mass increased from 38.6 kg to 38.6 kg.Yang*'s body fat rates are 5.9%(before the winter training),5.0%(in the winter training),6.3%(after the winter training).2.Hemoglobin concentrations were increased from 144.40 g/L to 151.29 g/L for male athletes,and female athletes from 133.30 g/L to 135.50 g/L;the seven athletes' hemoglobin concentration fluctuation changed and improved steadily,the three athletes keep in the same level,one athlete remains over 160 g/L in all the winter training due to his own physiological characteristics.Blood urea appeared in 7 athletes over 8 mmol/L.Creatine kinase were increased from 333.13 U/L to 471.21 U/L for male athletes,and female athletes from 286.92 U/L to 296.50 U/L;five athletes' creatine kinase remained steady,three atheletes' creatine kinase is much higher in the late winter training than that in the mid-winter training,two atheletes' creatine kinase is higher than that in the early winter training,one athlete's level is apprently higher in the middle and late winter training.3.Serum testosterone was lowered from 6.45 ng/ml to 5.10 ng/ml for male athletes,and female athletes from 0.31 ng/ml to 0.32 ng/ml;the four athletes is rising after going down,the trend of serum testosterone in 3 athletes was increased first and then decreased,four athletes are gradually reduced but the reduction is not big.Cortisol males were lowered from 380 ng/ml to 321.43 ng/ml,and female athletes from 169.88 ng/ml to 272.50 ng/ml;the five athletes' cortisol change tendency is to decrease first and then increase again,one athletes' cortisol change stable trend in the condition of rising,four athletes cortisol steady basic fluctuate.Conclusion: 1.After this year's winter trainning,the athlete who need lose weight has apparently improved the physical composition and remained in good physical condition.Therefore scientifically solved the contradictions between controlling weight and guaranteeing the physical state.The athlete who need put up weight has significantly improved physical composition,but kept a poor state of physical function,which should be explored and solved in the later trainning.2.In this training period,no athletes appear fatigue accumulation phenomenon.But the athletes' sports fatigue depth of stimulation differs from each other with the gender,for female athletes to stimulate deep and shallow to male athletes stimulation.3.Through this year's winter training,two athletes body function condition has been effectively improved,Ta* won the gold medal in 80 kg category in the 2016 national championships and two athletes gradually adapt to the training load for their state of body function was improved in the late winter training;Six athletes' body function is stable,One athletes' body function decline.
