Research On Management And Evalution System Of Health Qigong Instructors’ Quality

In 21 century,economy is developing at a full speed.International Standardization already played a very important role in all professions and trades.As a part of its branch,evaluation of the professional qualification and certification will become the main management system of the human resources management.In this international trend the quality evaluation system of sports staff is gradually keep the paces with international practice in our country.But this system is not mutual. The quality evaluation system of health qigong instructor is blank.Aim at this problem,this study make sure the weights of ability quality、standard of evaluation、standard need of management system in Health Qigong instructor evaluation system,provide a reliable basis and feasible proposals.This paper deeply discuss the ability,quality standards and management standards of Health Qigong instructor qualifications system according to the special needs of Health Qigong instructor quality evaluation system using questionnaires,interviews experts,mathematical statistics and logical summary methods.Following are conclusions:Health qigong instructor quality evaluation and management system should converge with the community sports instructors.Divided into four grades:National instructors、the first level instructors、the second level instructors、the third level instructors.Health qigong instructor evaluation of the quality of the content is divided into ideological and moral system,the knowledge and capacities of three levels.The following first level indicators:Basic ethics,professional ethics,the basis of professional knowledge,special knowledge,learning,teaching and training,and research capabilities.interpersonal skills,teamwork ability.And determine the weight of each indicator and evaluation criteria.Established a evaluation management system of health qigong instructor,the following are main components:the health qigong instructor quality evaluation system exercised by the health qiong center of General Administration of Sport of china,under the guidance of the General Administration of Sport of china.The one who availe the Requirements of instructors,and participate in the corresponding level of health qigong instructor training,examination results up to grade may apply for the corresponding grades.The exam divides to written examinations and technique tests.Throughout the training and assessment process will follow the principle of unified training,unified proposition examination,unified scoring.The one passed the qualifying examination will get a unified national network for the No.network management and certificate issued stamped by General Administration of Sport of china.The health qigong instructor Obtained evaluation and certification should back-check replace certification annually The health qigong instructor must adopt the approach of relying on station while instructing the exercise,promote health qigong extend and spread.
