This paper mainly studies how to train the students’ self-learning ability in secondary vocational school education with the guidance of employment obtaining. The object is studied in the paper is the students in secondary vocational schools. Taking chemistry teaching for example. How to carry out the educational strategy "employment obtaining as guidance, abilities as basis". The task studied secondary vocational students’ learning motivation factors, through the analysis of the students’learning state and results, the author believes that raising training the students’self-learning abilities play an greatly important role for the students to master the occupational skills and improve their comprehensive quality. The task starts with the strategy of how to train students’self-learning abilities with the guidance of employment obtaining, and how to make up the reform system of chemistry teaching, therefore combing theory with practice. Making "practical, sufficient"the main body of the students’ learning through the reform of teaching method, improving the learning methods, raising their learning interests; formulate evaluation methods scientifically, raising the sufficiency of teaching. Have got relative research reference and result reports through the questionnaire survey and data analysis of the experimental class and comparative class. This task is comparatively practical, the author will continue to inspect and complete it.In order to solve two main problems in this paper, Oneis the low a spiration to knowledge. Show by the students who learn Chemistry, The bad understanding of how to learn leads a vicious circle,which has a bad influence on teaching plan.The other one is. School ducation still based on the text books, however, the useful carcer skill can not be obtained by students, causing teaching and working get adrift, the job positions of many companies are a shortage of staff, What is worse, a great number of graduates from can not find jobs .According to the information about guilds, companies, secondary vocational school , thish paper made a analytical study by investigation, statistic, analysis, experiment, conclusion and so on.
