Survey On The Status Quo Of Employment Guidance In Secondary Vocational Schools

Secondary vocational education is an important mission for training and delivering high-quality skilled talents for all walks of life.Secondary vocational school students are facing increasingly prominent employment problems,and have become the focus of attention from all walks of life.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of college graduates,the competition environment for employment is becoming more and more intense.Under such a severe situation,secondary vocational school students are faced with enormous employment pressure and employment challenges.At the same time,the employment rate is also one of the key factors that affect the sustainable development of secondary vocational colleges.The employment guidance of secondary vocational schools is the fundamental purpose of guiding students to obtain employment smoothly,which plays a very good role in promoting the employment of secondary vocational students.Therefore,it is necessary to study the status of employment guidance in secondary vocational schools.Through literature survey method,questionnaire and interview method for students in a secondary vocational schools in Dalian City,the current situation of employment guidance to carry out investigation and study,through the analysis of survey results,for the secondary vocational school employment guidance education work to Providing pertinent,objective,scientific and reasonable suggestions.From the above three kinds of empirical research found that some problems can not be ignored in present vocational school employment guidance work,these problems mainly include: Students' understanding of employment guidance is not deep enough and there is a problem in the attitude towards employment guidance;The school's employment guidance courses are formalized and lack of attention to employment guidance;Lack of pertinence in the content of employment guidance education;The employment guidance education mode emphasizes theory and light practice;The comprehensive quality of the employment instructors is not high;Students' satisfaction with the school's employment guidance education is lowetc.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment guidance of secondary vocational schools,which include strengthening students' understanding of the necessity of employment guidance;Establishing the employment guidance system and strengthening the attention to the employment guidance;Setting up targeted employment guidance courses;Expanding the way of employment guidance and strengthening the flexibility of employment guidance;Establishing and perfecting the teaching staff of employment guidance teachers;Strengthening employment guidance and education to provide students' satisfaction etc.
