A Study On Ecological Immigrant Children’s Employment Guidance Work In Ningxia Secondary Vocational School

With the further development of ecological migration engineering, Ningxia ecological migration plays an important role in protecting the environment of south mountainous natural in Ningxia. In order to promote the harmonious development better, the government of Ningxia Hui autonomous region established the regional education migration implementation of central and southern ningxia "twelfth five-year" plan, the plan determined the scope of the implementation of the education immigration, implemented subsidies for migrant children tuition fees and living expenses of preferential policies, accepted the Junior high school graduates who will not be admitted to high school, so the migrant children can enjoy fair education resources and find a good job.Ningxia G secondary vocational school is established upon the approval of the ningxia hui autonomous region education department full-time secondary vocational school, the school actively response to the autonomous region about education immigration policies, guiding the children of immigrants in central and southern ningxia and orderly transfer to the rich area, and also the school carry out the employment guidance work about ecological immigrant children. In this article, through the literature research and survey method to research the relevant policy system, organization, implementation effect of the school employment guidance work. We find that the school achieved some results in promoting ecological immigrant students professional skills and employment quality. However, there are still many deficiencies in the process of employment guidance work, mainly about ecological immigrant children in school employment guidance system is not perfect, the contents of the employment guidance is not comprehensive, the employment guidance way is single, at the same time, the lack of communication about schools and enterprises, family, and students and parents concept is relatively backward. The reasons for these problems are mainly about government and society attention to ecological immigrant children’s employment problem is low, ecological migrant children school career guidance work service concept is not strong and the employment guidance work organization is not perfect, and students’ comprehensive quality is lacking. To solve these problems, we suggest that the school should develop a system of employment guidance work plan, improve the school career guidance organization, perfect school employment guidance content, at the same time, strengthen the communication with businesses and households. So the ecological immigrant children can continuously improve themselves with the efforts of government, school, society, family and themselves, and also to further promote the ningxia ecological immigrant children employment guidance work quality.
