This paper will integrate the GIS and3G data translation technology into existing information system, and raise a GIS system based on mobile device and3G network.The GPS and image data acquisition and process is implemented in mobile terminate, which is sent to GIS server and is received by GIS information management system. At the GIS information management terminal, combined with insurance fixed svstem. it implements the mobile terminal information inquiry. location identification, scheduling, route planning, real-time tracking and image information acquisition from the mobile terminal.to accomplish online Insurance fixed and claim business.In the realization, at the GIS information management platform, through the Google maps, we achieve monitoring, scheduling, and path planning of mobile terminals at the GIS online platform. Moreover, through image acquisition module of Android mobile terminals, vehicle damage information can be acquired. And the information is transferred by3G network, which owns powerful system capacity and higher data transfer rate, to GIS platform. Then the GIS platform can achieve real-time image monitoring of vehicle damaged conditions. Combinations of the claims business information system, the claims of the insured vehicle online are completed. |
