Research On The Strategy Of Party School Library Information Resources Construction In Ubiquitous Knowledge Environment

Ubiquitous Knowledge Environment is a new Information and knowledge environment, is composed by the network facilities, hardware, software, information resources, and a new generation of organic composition of scientific knowledge base structure. The new environment provides new and diverse knowledge spread and gain channels, constructs the new environment for the academic research and exchange.In ubiquitous knowledge environment, the trend of global information and knowledge is increasingly prominent. In the era of rapid change, any organization to upgrade in constant competition must attach importance to learning and change in learning mode. As a full of vitality and vigor Marxist political party, the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of building a learning society At the beginning of the21st century. In2009, the Fourth Plenary Session of the17th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the Party would create an atmosphere of advocating learning and build a learning party.Party school, as the "main channel" of training the leading cadres in our Party in rotation, is the main channel of philosophy and social science research institutions in our Party. The library of the Party school provides the necessary information resources and services for improvement of the leading cadres’ quality, support decision-making and learning party construction. In ubiquitous knowledge environment, the party school library faces double pressure of the library innovation change and the educating and training cadres.
