Optimization Of Procurement And Transportation Of Steel Pipe For Pipeline Project

As the following four modes of transportation” highway,railway,sea,and air transportation,”,the pipeline transportation is the "fifth modes of transportation",which has unique advantages,such as a one-time investment,low transportation cost,large transport capacity,high safety,environmental protection,high automation,etc..and it is especially suitable for long distance transportation highly flammable and explosive liquid or gaseous material,such as oil,natural gas.The planning of China long distance pipeline construction project includes northwest,northeast,southwest and sea four oil and gas strategic channel.So the pipeline construction tasks extremely onerous.Facing the new pipeline project construction climax,how to get the project construction cost control,and achieve the project objective is very important.So reasonable implementation of the steel pipe transportation optimization and procurement work,for saving the cost of pipeline project investment and reduce the cost of transportation medium in the future has important significance.In this paper,the cost of steel pipe procurement in the construction of pipeline project has been systematically analyzed.This paper uses the transport optimization model to analyze and optimize the actual pipeline project.And this paper establishes a linear programming model to analyze the whole pipe transportation and procurement costs.A whole optimization,from the procurement of coil steel,to pipe factory matching,to transit station pipeline transportation,obtain the optimal pipe procurement cost and ultimately achieve the purpose of saving the cost of the project.
