Since1994Hong Yuan Securities has been established, there are38listed companies ofin Xinjiang,these listed companies are industry-leadings in Xinjiang province and evennationwide,and they played a essential role in the economic development of Xinjiang.As thetop priority subject of big development of our country,Xinjiang will enjoy more policysupport.Xinjiang plate,which has policy advantage and the concept of leapfroggingdevelopment,is bound to be investment hot spot.The performance of listed companies isalways common concern of securities investors, securities analysts, government departmentsand company employees.The performance of Xinjiang listed companies,which is thebarometer of the development of Xinjiang economics,can quantify performance of enterprisesand make them be aware of their advantages and disadvantages so that they can betterdevelopment in future.In addition,it can reflect the structure and development of Xinjiangeconomics from one side and provide reference to strategic adjustment of the Xinjiangeconomic structure.Therefore, this paper,which is based on the existing research results,makes a morein-depth study of index system and evaluation method of performance of Xinjiang listedcompanies, explores the existing problems the listed companies in Xinjiang and then makessome policy suggestions. The main contents of this paper are as followes.The first chapterintroduces the researeh back ground and significance, reviews development process andresearch status of the performance evaluation system of listed companies both at home andabroad,summaries the existing research results and points out the deficiency of the currentperformance evaluation.The second chapter explores index system of performance evaluationof Xinjiang listed companies. By combining quantitative and qualitative thinking, aftermaking the initial index system,the paper screens index system by using nonparametricstatistical methods.To some extent,the final index system is comprehensive, scientific andrepresentative.The third chapter relates the gray correlation analysis and principal componentanalysis,and then construct dynamic performance evaluation model of listed companies.Thefourth chapter is the empirical study of Xinjiang listed companies based on the dynamicperformance evaluation model and undertakes an analysis to results. The fifth chapter reveals the existing problems of the listed companies in Xinjiang and makes some policy suggestions.
