Research On The Impact Of Supply Chain Integration On The Performance Of Agriculture-related Enterprises

With the continuous development of modern society and economy and the increasingly fierce international competition,the contest between enterprises has transformed into a contest of business operation models.The principle of synergy and cooperation,and stressing mutual benefit and win-win results,is no longer a simple contest of market economy.On this economic basis,a brand-new corporate management model,supply chain management,has been gradually formed and developed.The supply chain management capabilities of various companies compete with each other and become an important form of competition among contemporary companies.Supply chain management is considered one of the best ways companies can immediately improve their business strategy and operations.As an important content of supply chain management,supply chain integration has attracted more and more attention from scholars and social entrepreneurs.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,supply chain integration has achieved some research results in relation to corporate performance,core competence,and corporate management.Most of these studies are based on the supply chain integration of representative manufacturing companies.The object of inspection is that other types of companies other than manufacturing enterprises,such as agro-industry enterprises,rarely choose to become research samples.Therefore,the study of the supply chain integration of agribusiness involves not only the improvement of the integrated supply chain management theory system,but also provides the factual basis for the improvement of financial performance and core competitiveness of agro-related enterprises.This paper is based on relevant theories and practices of supply chain integration both at home and abroad,based on supply chain management,transaction costs,and corporate performance related theories,combined with the current practice of agri-listed companies' supply chain management,using empirical research methods,Supply chain integration has a significant impact on the financial performance of agricultural enterprises.Firstly,it summarizes and summarizes existing domestic and foreign scholars' research and related theoretical knowledge,and then draws a theoretical framework for the integration of supply chain of agribusinesses;secondly,it analyzes the operational status of agribusiness-related enterprises and the practical process and development of supply chain integration.Trends,put forward research hypotheses,build regression models,and then empirically analyze the impact of supply chain integration on financial performance of agribusinesses based on relevant data.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,we propose relevant strategies for the promotion of financial performance of agro-related enterprises around the supply chain integration.
