Study On Relationship Between Informatization And Industrialization Of Gangdong

In the1990of the20th century, as new technological revolution swept the world,informatization throve based on industrialization and became a major vehical for taking leapforward of industrialization. Practice has proven that the strategic move of "Driveindustrialization with informatization, promote informatization with industrialization" is inline with the reality of China. More than20years, Guangdong informatization constructionhas been taking lead in the country, continues to deepen the process of industrialization, andplays a model role in the national integration of industrialization and informatization. It isthe starting point of Guangdong Province as the object of the study.This article uses the qualitative and quantitative analysis, combinds research methods oftheoretical study and empirical analysis, and explores the integration and interactive relationsbetween informationization and industrialization in Guangdong. The full text consists of fiveparts, mainly as follows:First, the part of introduction, mainly clarifies the significance of subject and researchmethods, the content framework, the innovation and limitation of the paper.Second, the paper reviews previous scholars’ study on the concept of informationalizationand industrialization and their relationship.Third, the paper reveals industrialization and informatization are considered as a commoncontradictory unity. It also discusses the performances of how informatization drivesindustrialization and how informatization promotes industrialization. Besides, It points outthat the informatization leads the development of industrialization.Fourth, the paper analyzes the three stages of the development process of industrializationand informatization in Guangdong, and calculates informatization index and industrializationindex from1990to2009which comparable and computable.Fifth, empirical analysis reflects that informationization and industrialization exist long-termstable relationship, while informatization fluctuation effect of speed and degree onindustrialization is greater than the effect of the latter on the former in short term．Sixth, the paper puts forward all-round policy initiatives to promote organic integration ofinformatization and industrialization from the enterprise, industry and area perspectives.
