Study On Difficulties And Strategy Of Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization In Liaoning Province

Since integration of Informatization and Industrialization was proposed by the party congress, through two years of vigorously promoting, Shanghai, Nanjing, Qingdao, and other eight test areas of Integration of the two has basically completed the experimental task, and some regions and industries has shown initial results of integration in two. Liaoning as a big province has a hundred years of industrial history, seizing the historic opportunity of the central making greater efforts to revitalizing northeast old industrial base, speeding up the integration of information technology and industrialization, increasing the use of information technology to transform traditional industries, closely combining the development of new industries and upgrade of traditional industries, applying information technology to enterprise system innovation, technological innovation and management innovation integration, and effectively realizing the integration of information development and industrialization, which has great practical significance to promote the economic development of Liaoning Province.First, this paper sorted out the basic concepts of integration of the two, described the definition, fusion levels, and phase of integration of the two, analyzed industrialization, information and status of integration of the two in Liaoning Province, and we analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of integration of the two with SWOT analysis method, which laid the foundation for difficult analysis and suggestions put forward. Second, on the basis of deficiencies of evaluation on the development level of integration, this paper made use of objective entropy method to construct evaluation system integration of the two in Liaoning Province, evaluate and research the development level of integration of the two from the year of 2003 to 2008, and through the analysis of the results, research capability and high-tech product development situation are the main factors to effect comprehensive value score. Finally, based on the results which has been computed, this paper has put forward specific recommendations to promote and develop integration of the two in Liaoning Province.
